What can I expect from my first coaching or mentoring session at Fast Forward Institute?
During your initial session, youll discuss your goals and challenges, since the first session is also paid you will also receive your first coaching or mentoring session. Afterwards you will receive a recommended coaching & mentoring plan tailored based on what you told us.
How long does each coaching program last?
Typically, programs range from 10 to 15 sessions, with sessions held weekly or biweekly. But we don´t force anyone to complete a program, you can always book individual sessions whenever you consider needed.
Are there any online resources available?
Yes, we offer webinars, downloadable guides, and a private community forum for member interaction.
Can I switch between different coaches or mentors if my objectives change?
Absolutely! When you pay a program with several sessions you can decide which coach or mentor you want in your next session if that deviates from the proposed plan.
Is there any warranty if I purchase a program?
You have 14-day right of withdrawal. In the case of withdrawal of live programs, the performed sessions will be paid at full price and not be refunded. For more information check: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Shefie is as Professional Certified Coach (ACC). Francisco is not peforming coaching but mentoring so he teach about the strategies and practices that worked for him and probably will work for you.
